Do I need to pay a deposit when I book an appointment? No deposit is required. I only take payment once the clean has been completed.

What types of payments do you accept? I accept bank transfers, cash and I have a card machine for ease. I do not accept cheques.

Which areas do you cover? I cover Plymouth, East Cornwall, Exeter and Exmouth.

Do I need to empty the room? I ask for the rooms to be as clear as possible. I can move lighter furniture, but can not move heavy items such as wall units and wardrobes etc. Please remove any breakables or sentimental items to prevent unwanted damages.

How much does it cost? Each job is bespoke so are priced individually, but I try to give a good value for money experience for each customer.

Are the cleaning products you use safe for my children and pets? Absolutely ‘Yes’. I only use the best environmentally friendly products.

How long will my carpets take to dry? Drying times vary depending on the fabric, material and room. If necessary I can leave a turbo fan behind (and collect the next day) to aid drying times. Typically carpets take around 2 hours to dry.

Are you insured? I have up to £10 million public liability insurance.

Can you remove all stains? I will try my best to remove all stains, but this is dependant on the type of stain involved and the type of carpet fibres. I carry a wide range of stain removers with me, but unfortunately, some stains are permanent or can only be reduced.
